Our Philosophy
Shifting Perspectives.
Designing Possibility.
Organizations are deeply human and fundamentally relational.
Building the capacity to ask better questions and challenge existing perspectives allows us to more effectively navigate complexity and create meaning together.
Sustainable change emerges when we intentionally design conditions that foster authentic belonging and meaningful contribution.

At heart, I am an educator, designer, and scholar who is deeply curious about organizations, people, and what becomes possible when we create the optimal conditions for people to flourish.
Throughout my career, I have worked at the intersection of people, systems, and learning— designing and evaluating programs, shaping policy and practice, facilitating difficult and meaningful conversations, and helping organizations navigate complexity. Across that work, I have been especially drawn to questions of belonging, well-being, leading, and learning, and the ways in which our environments either expand or constrain what people are able to contribute.
I believe that any meaningful change begins with pausing and getting curious— listening deeply, questioning assumptions, making sense of what we are experiencing together, and being willing to imagine how things could be different. One question, in particular, has become a through-line in my work: What becomes possible when people feel seen, supported, and empowered to contribute authentically?
Collective Latitude° grew from my call to keep exploring that question and to partner with organizations ready to shift perspectives, design with intention, and co-create purposeful, human-centered transformation.

Through our work, we are cultivating a community of leaders, educators, practitioners, and scholars committed to building more humane systems in education, workplaces, and beyond.
The Collaborative extends this work beyond the consulting engagement by creating space to exchange ideas, share emerging practices, wrestle with complex questions, and learn from the experiences and perspectives of others. It invites us to think together about what becomes possible when intention, belonging, emergence, contribution, and sustainability shape how we design and lead.
